Roof Time Contractors is a locally owned and operated roofing company that has been in business for over five years. Roof Time is owned and managed by Brad Jones and JoAnn Needham (Martinek). JoAnn has been in management in the roofing industry for almost 20 years while Brad has a lifetime of Insurance experience. The combination of the two created a perfect fit for the business. The company was created in 2005, shortly after hurricanes Katrina and Rita hit the gulf coast. JoAnn and Brad, along with their production manager, David Culbreth, were the only employees at start-up. Since then, Roof Time has grown to more than 50 employees with offices located in Dallas, Houston, Austin, Corpus Christi and Oklahoma City. With our growth, we have been able to help put families and lives back together…one roof at a time.
Roof Time Contractors installs residential, commercial and multi-family roof systems. They are a full line Roofing Contractor installing all types of roofing products, such as composition, wood shake, tile, metal and flat roofs. Being able to install energy star rated products has been a priority for the last few years. Being that the majority of our business comes from Insurance claims, our staff is highly trained and experienced in helping homeowners with storm damage claims by meeting with the Insurance adjuster to make sure the Homeowner is being compensated correctly for all the damage.
